AZSA has been invited by Joan Baron, a wonderful environmental artist from Scottsdale, to attend Tikkun Olam 3, ( translation from hebrew is “repair the world”). Joan is the curator and invited 7 artists to interpret the imperatives “repair the world” and “do not stand idly by” as they relate to environmental justice, climate change and sustainability. It is free and open to the public and located next door to the Burton Barr library.
Joan would like to give AZSA a personal tour and she even I listed the Arizona Sustainability Alliance as one of her favorite local action groups in Arizona.
Please RSVP so that I can give Joan a head count. I doubt we will be there the 3 hours but that gives you some time to enjoy the art. Thanks!!
