This week, we say,  “Thank You!”

On February 26, AZSA and the City of Phoenix hosted a native planting event for the attendees of the GreenBiz Conference. A big Thank You to American Forests and Microsoft for sponsoring that event! Together, we planted 75 native plants and trees along the Penny Howe Trail at North Mountain Park. This was a great way to further both our work at North Mountain and our relationships with so many wonderful organizations and people.

We also want to say Thank You to one of our new supporters, GreenBin! GreenBin has started donating a portion of their profits to our Urban Forestry tree planting program, helping us capture carbon, cool our urban heat island, and support our urban ecosystem with native and desert-adapted trees. This local moving box company is dedicated to being as green as possible and we look forward to continuing to work together. Please check them out at rentgreenbin.com.

For the month of April, a.k.a. Earth Month, Arizona locations of Juby True will be donating a percentage of their green juice purchases to AZSA!  Juby True is an organic juice bar that offers a variety of healthy juices, smoothies, coffees, teas and snacks located in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona.  Mark your calendars and share in our thanks to Juby True!

If you want to know more about these great partnerships, stay tuned for further emails featuring our work together.

We are so fortunate and grateful for the work we have been able to accomplish because of our current partners, and we are hoping to expand our partnerships in effort to bring more sustainable solutions to life this Earth Month! If your business may be interested in learning more about a partnership with the Arizona Sustainability Alliance, please email development@azsustainabilityalliance.com to set up a time to talk further. If you know of anyone or any other company that could be interested as well, feel free to share.  Thank you!
