Event Logistics:

• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
  • Remove invasive species
    • An AZSA staff person or park ranger will let you know which plants to keep an eye out for and how to remove them properly
  • Tree and Shrubs planting
    • An AZSA staff person or park ranger will provide information on the planting procedure and the importance of the plants for the ecosystem of the area​
  • Trash pick-up
  • Tree branch removal
    • Volunteers will be helping with removing dead branches and will be asked to haul the branches to a nearby truck
  • Trail maintenance
    • An AZSA staff person or park ranger will provide more specific details on the day of the event
  • Other tasks that the park rangers might have and will highlight on the day of the event. Expect to get see some butterflies and have fun!!!
